The cost for most individual workshops is $110.00 per day. Some workshops have special fees. Cost includes CEU certificate. Cost for Track A is $2500.00, which represents a $250.00 savings. This cost includes 150 hours of training, in addition to a binder for handouts. You may pay the entire fee or use our payment plan. The payment plan allows you to pay in four divided payments of $625.00 per month. Please add an additional $25.00 if you need to use our payment plan. We accept credit card payments and vouchers. For those in Track A, payment is in full or $625.00 with registration form. The payment schedule for the balance of the payment will be announced on the first day of training. The cost for returned checks is $25.00.

Please consult your employer regarding funding. Several past participants have been successful in obtaining funding from employers. If you are active in a religious organization, consult your clergy. You may be able to offer FREE clinical services in exchange for funding. Another creative way is to sponsor a workshop and invite other agencies to participate. Grant funding may also be pursued.

The cost for all Sandtray workshops is $150.00 each day. The cost for the entire Sandtray Series is $875.00. Practicum is $100 per session.

The cost for all Therapeutic Art Workshops is $150.00 per day. The cost for the entire Therapeutic Art Series is $1,600.00

Written cancellation must be received in our office at least 10 working days prior to the training. $25.00 is retained for processing. Otherwise, a voucher will be given. If you do not cancel in advance, you will not receive a refund or credit. For Track A, cancellations will not be honored 30 days after the cycle begins.

Over 150 hours of training is being offered in one training cycle. If you register for Track A, you are eligible for 150 hours. There is an additional cost if you wish to take more than 150 hours.
